Hatha Yoga Class
Basic practice of physical postures and breathing practices.
Recommend for beginners.
Purpose of hatha yoga
Practice of standing, sitting, twisting, forward- and backward- bending asana, as well as basic inversions.
Continuous proactive provide you strength, flexibility, and balance to the physical body while settling the mind.
Preparation for class
Yoga mats offer free of charge.
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
Changing facilities are available, but there are no showers.
Bring your own water.
Please come with empty stomach.
